Ingredients(serves 8–10 people)
1 2/3 cups pickles (250g)
3 1/3 cups cream cheese (750g)
1 1/4 cups sour cream (300g)
1 small bunch green onions
2 green jalapeños
1 3/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (200g)
8 tortilla flatbreads
olive oil
salt

Instructions:
Cut the pickles into small pieces, then mix them with the cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, jalapeños, and grated cheese. Adjust with salt, pepper, and (optionally) paprika if necessary.
Meanwhile, brush the tortilla flatbreads with olive oil on both sides, then cut them into eight pieces. Sprinkle the tortilla pieces with sea salt and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve the tortilla chips with the pickle dip and enjoy. Buon appetito!
