A gorgeous slow cooked beef & mash

Minimal effort and a gorgeously smelling house ✨

Recipe for 3:
1 pack Lean diced beef
1 Red onion
2 Carrots
40 ml Red wine
1 Beef stock cube
10-20 g Gravy granules
1/2 tin Chopped tomatoes
36 g Butter
40-50 ml Milk
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
1 tsp Lazy garlic
Bread (optional!) - not included in calories 

Calories: 574 kcal
Fat: 20g
Carbs: 58g
Protein: 37g

Method: 
Step 1
Dice the carrot and onion into slices and add to the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the beef, onion, carrot, lazy garlic, and chopped tomatoes to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, then drizzle over the red wine.
Step 4
Add the beef stock water and let cook on high for 6-8 hours.
Step 5
Before serving, add the gravy granules to thicken up the sauce.
Step 6
Peel the potatoes and boil until soft.
Step 7
When the potatoes are cooked, drain and add the butter and milk, then mash until smooth.
Step 8
Serve all together and serve with bread if desired.
