Yesterday we visited at @wyrdspirits in the New Forest to craft our very own recipe of gin. Creator of Wyrd Spirits, Mark, took 18 months to create his award winning gin, whereas we had 90 minutes, but thankfully he guided us through the process with the history of gin and a variety of flavours to try It was great fun and we are both very proud of our creations!!
